The male employee who was at the checkout was very rude. His appearance: perhaps middle-eastern (?), perhaps 35 to 45, tallish, with dark hair. I agree with one of the reviewers here (’Ivonne‘) who posted a review from what looks like a year ago — the reviewer wrote about something similar with male employees and irregular behaviour from staff at this branch. My sister in law - who is very soft-spoken and well-mannered was the victim unfortunately of this particular staff member’s abrupt, aggressive and downright thuggish manner. ”Don‘t you speak German?”, the lout asked her out of the blue as she was trying to pay. He kept at it… again and again: ”why don’t you speak German?”. She finally had it and calmly told him ”well I speak four languages, how many do you speak?“ At this point, he then told her he was joking…. Yes, it’s always funny until it‘s not! Id**t! * Why did he need to confront her? What for? What was the point? Rude. This staff needs to be trained in customer service. Or work elsewhere, preferably never in a customer facing capacity. What a d***head!
